基于ANSYS的液压钳制器工况数值模拟
The Numerical Simulation of Hydraulic Clamping Device Based on ANSYS
摘要
Abstract
Finite element simulation is been used on stress ansysis of a new closed hydraulic clamping device. It is shown that the long supporting column is too short that the stress concentration has occurred in both ends of the column. To improve this performance the lengthening of the column has been applied. The relation curve of pre-tightening force against clamping force and the curve of hydraulic against clamping force at 35416N pre-tightening force can be obtain through simulation. Therefore the required pre-tightening force and the hydraulic for keeping the device closed can be derived.关键词
