Abstract
This paper takes the can not replacing slide (cylinder) BRW80/35 (20) emulsion pump as an example, describes the use of mechanical processing technology to repair because of scratches, wear or damage (hereinafter referred to as fault) slide and the scrapping of emulsion pump, so that the original technical state, parameter recovery, the abandoned fault case again utilization rate of 98%, solve the problem of fault of emulsion pump can not be used any more, improve the emulsion pump life, eliminate waste, reduce the loss and avoid large economic loss. Enable enterprises to save for the replacement of the new emulsion pump costs, reduces the economic loss increases the economic benefit of the enterprises.关键词
