旋流燃烧器空气流场特性CFD数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Air Flow of Turbulent Burner Based on FEA

Abstract
The primary to secondary air ratio and characteristic of air flow determine the oxygen supply during the combustion process and have a decisive impact on the combustion quality of turbulent burners. All the designs of inner structure,distributions of every component and opening degrees of secondary air door influence the primary to secondary air ratio and characteristic of air flow. CFD technology is wildly used in the research of combustion and flow since its low cost and short cycle and visualized acquaintance of the whole flow distribution. The flow situation of the turbulent burner is numerical simulated and analyzed. And the characteristics of air flow at different opening degrees of secondary air door are studied. The results show that areas from the air inlet to the secondary air door and areas near the inlet of primary air tube have the maximum pressure. As the opening degree of secondary air door increases,the average air pressure and swirling intensity and region of swirling flow decrease but the velocity inside the secondary air door increases. The area of negative pressure which stabilizes the flame exists between swirler and the air outlet of the burner. The conclusions play an important role in guiding the structure design and practical application of burners.关键词
