摘要

Abstract

A deliberated study finds that the cause for feeder frequent tripping in a 10kV substation is the unreasonable parameter settings of series reactors in shunt capacitor banks of reactive power compensation device. Thus high harmonic currents in shunt capacitors are amplified by the effect of non-linear loads power system which results in the break tripping. The paper further proposes practical resolutions to the problems.
