摘要
Abstract
Through the use of LDPE thin film to replace the lubricant as the vessel head cold stamping process lubricating material, to reduce the friction of head stamping forming process, and eliminate the greasy dirt cleaning process after the head formed. It effectively avoided welding defects produced by the oil combustion in welding, improved weld X radiographic inspection pass rate, thus improved the production efficiency and product quality of the container,reduced the production cost.关键词
