Abstract
With the development of science and technology, industrial automation, intelligent higher. Three-piece tinplate cans in canning production line remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system, in order to complete the diagnosis of distributed control network status monitoring and equipment maintenance, remote monitoring function proposed based on Omron CJ2M-CPU32 and the United States Bonner BAMS system INTERNET combined with three cans tinplate cans production line remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system. Results were analyzed by this system, it is not only able to use the local computer network real-time monitoring and control of remote welding production lines and remote monitoring functions,but also be able to timely and effective running status of devices monitored by RMON reasonable and control to ensure stable operation of the system to meet the industrial requirements of remote monitoring technology,should be introduced.关键词
