摘要

Abstract

The traditional aluminum casting industry needs to improve the automation level of the equipment, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The cutting equipment is a set of aluminum bar automatic cutting equipment, which can improve the efficiency of aluminum bar cutting. This paper mainly introduces the design and key technology of control system for the cutting equipment, based on WINCC V7.0 and S7-1500. The cutting equipment, of which the control system is the core, are operating and achieving good effect in several aluminum casting enterprises.
