摘要
Abstract
Stainless steel mug polishing process is a very important process of a link, and it is mainly done by manual at present. A Stainless steel mug automatic polishing testing machine which can simulate artificial polishing process had been designed and manufactured through the study of manual polishing process. A relational expression of polishing process control torque and stainless steel mug outline curve and in feed speed had been deduced. The polishing experimental program was designed by orthogonal experimental method. The experiments showed that the stainless steel mug automatic polishing testing machine could complete the polishing process automatically and get a good quality polish under suitable polishing process parameters. Stainless steel mug automatic polishing testing machine can meet the design requirements, which is the foundation to develop a stainless steel mug automatic polishing equipment next step.关键词
