摘要

Abstract

This paper designs an automatic control system for the granulation production line, which is master-slave mode that contains IPC and PLC. It adopts industrial Ethernet structure connecting the upper monitoring computer and the core controller PLC, and with the PLC communicating with the signal acquisition devices and the executive elements, it achieves the signal acquisition and task execution. The system realizes the automation of granulation production line, reducing the labor intensity of the workers and improving production efficiency.
