不同采收期对南丰蜜橘贮藏品质及效果的影响
Effects of Different Harvest Dates on Fruit Quality and Storability of Nanfeng Mandarin
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine the reasonable harvest date for storage of Nanfeng mandarin , the fruits harvested on different dates were stored at (5±1)℃and RH 85%-90%,and the changes of fruit quality and storability were investigated .The results showed that the decay rates of the fruits of harvest ⅠandⅡ( 0%and 11%respectively) were significantly lower than that of harvest Ⅲ(28%) after 110 ds’storage,but the weight loss rate of the fruit of harvest Ⅰwas 11.28%,significantly higher than those of harvest ⅡandⅢ.At the early stage of storage,the fruit of harvest Ⅰhad lower total soluble solids (TSS),total sugar,Vitamin C (Vc) con-tent but higher titratable acidity ( TA) ,and higher TSS and TA at the later stage of storage than those of har-vest ⅡandⅢ.The fruits of harvest ⅠandⅡhad less MDA accumulation,lower respiration rate and PPO ac-tivity than those of harvest Ⅲ, thus effectively delayed the reduction of Vc content and TA .According to the physiological and biochemical indexes ,the storage quality of the fruit of harvest Ⅱwas better than those of har-vest Ⅰand Ⅲ,so harvest Ⅱwas ofthe most suitable harvest date for storage of Nanfeng mandarin .关键词
