STS对六出花切花生理效应的影响
Effects of STS on Physiological Characters of Alstroemeria spp.Cut Flowers

Abstract
In this study,the cut flowers of Alstroemeria spp.were used as experimental materials ,and eight different concentrations of STS and their using methods ( distilled water and Chrysal as control ) were utilized in their preservation.The results showed that superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activity of Al-stroemeria spp.increased firstly and then declined;that its catalase (CAT) activity went up firstly,then went down ,still then rose and descended finally;that the change of malondialdehyde ( MDA) content was firstly up-graded,then downgraded and upgraded again finally;that its proline ( Pro) content increased firstly and then declined.Except for No.3 and No.4 treatments,the vase lives of other treatments were longer than that of CK . Based on the comprehensive analysis of the morphological ,physiological and biochemical characteristics of Al-stroemeria spp.,it was found that No.1 treatment (0.5 mmol/L STS,30min impulse) was the best among all the tested ones.It was helpful not only in extending the vase life ,which was as long as 17 d,5 d longer than that of CK and 2 d longer than that of the treatment with chrysal;but also in nicely maintaining the shape and color of the cut flowers .关键词
