层积催芽对无患子苗期生长的影响OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Effect of Seed Stratification on Seedling Growth of Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn
为探索层积催芽对无患子苗期生长的影响，对无患子种子进行了播种育苗试验，并调查测定了其生长量和生物量。结果表明：经过层积催芽处理的无患子苗期的地径、苗高、冠幅分别高于未经处理的无患子61．6％、60．1％、30．0％；在无患子生物量中，层积催芽处理的无患子比未经过层积催芽的无患子叶面积大72．9％、比根鲜重大72．0％；层积催芽处理可缩短无患子种子出苗时间、提高出苗率与质量，进而影响根的发育，有利于地径、苗高、冠幅和叶面积的生长。
To explore the effect of seed stratification on seedling growth of Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn,the experiment of its seed sowing and seedling raising was made and the growth mass and the biomass were meas -ured.The results showed that the ground diameter ,seedling height and crown diameter of Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn which had been treated by seed stratification were 63.9%,60.1%and 30.0%higher than those of un-treated ones;in the biomass,the area of leaf of S…查看全部>>
