层积催芽对无患子苗期生长的影响
Effect of Seed Stratification on Seedling Growth of Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn
摘要
Abstract
To explore the effect of seed stratification on seedling growth of Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn,the experiment of its seed sowing and seedling raising was made and the growth mass and the biomass were meas -ured.The results showed that the ground diameter ,seedling height and crown diameter of Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn which had been treated by seed stratification were 63.9%,60.1%and 30.0%higher than those of un-treated ones;in the biomass,the area of leaf of Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn which had been treated by seed stratification was about 72.9%larger than that of untreated ones and the fresh root weight was about 72.0%higher;seed stratification shortened the emerging time ,raised the seedling emergence rate and quality and im-proved the root growth ,which was beneficial to the growth of the ground diameter ,seedling height ,crown diam-eter and biomass .关键词
