水稻粒型性状遗传研究进展
Progress in Genetic Research of Rice Grain Shape Traits
摘要
Abstract
Rice grain shape ,including grain length ,grain width and length to width ratio ,is a factor in rice production,which affects grain weight,and is an important appearance quality .Therefore,genetic analysis of grain shape is of great significance .With the development of functional genomics and molecular marker in last decades ,researchers mapped and cloned many QTLs and genes that controlling grain shape .This paper reviews the relationships among different grain shape traits ,the genetic basis and QTL mapping of grain shape traits and cloning of grain shape genes .The study result replies the gene basis of molecular breeding for improving rice yield and quality .关键词
