毛竹大孢子发生与雌配子体发育研究
Development of the Megasporogenesis and Female Gametophyte in Phyllostachys edulis
摘要
Abstract
The development of the megasporogenesis and female gametophyte in Phyllostachys edulis was observed by using routine paraffin sections.The results showed that the ovary consisted of two carpels in one room,the single ovule with parietal placenta was anatropous,double integument and thick inucellatae.The me-gasporocyte undergoes meiotic division to form linear megaspore.The embryo sac is of polygonum type,inclu-ding one egg cell, two synergid ceils with evident filiform apparatus,one central cell consisting of two polar nu-clei,and numerous antipodal cells.关键词
