斜纹夜蛾对15种杀虫剂的抗药性监测
Monitoring on the Resistance of Spodoptera litura(Fabricius) to Fifteen Kinds of Pesticides in Hainan Region

Abstract
In order to define the resistance levels of Spodoptera litura to the predominantly used and new pesticides in Hainan,leaf dipping method was applied in this laboratory study to determine the toxicity of 15 kinds of pesticides to its susceptible populations and field populations.The results showed that Spodoptera litura had a super high resistance level to Bt and avermectin with ratios of 196.15 and 183.28,a high resistance level to chlorpyrifos,beta cypermethrin and indoxacarb with ratios of 114.89,85.88 and 73.20 respectively,a medi-um resistance level to spinetoram with ratios of 10.56,a low resistance level to metaflumizone and emamectin benzoate with ratios of 6.95 and 6.21.Spodoptera litura presented a lower sensitivity to chlorfenapyr and me-thoxyfenozide with a resistance ratio of 4.96 and 4.37.However,the obvious resistance to cyantraniliprole,chlo-rantraniliprole,flubendiamide,diafenthiuron and lufenuron was not found.Based on the results of resistant mo-nitoring in Hainan region, the strategies for pesticide resistance management of Spodoptera litura control are proposed in the paper.关键词
