摘要

Abstract

Three purple-fleshed sweetpotato varieties were used as the research material in this study.To⁃tal of 16 economic traits were measured such as anthocyanin content, dry matter content, etc. respectively, at 60,75,90,105,120 and 135 d after planting,to study the dynamic variations of anthocyanin and dry matter ac⁃cumulation of roots and their relationships with major economic traits in purple-fleshed sweetpotato.The results showed that the dynamic variations of anthocyanin and dry matter accumulation of roots were different due to the different varieties. The dynamic variations of anthocyanin content showed two types which were “first de⁃crease and then increase”and“first increase and then decrease”. The dynamic variations of dry matter content showed two types:“devious ascending”and “first increase and then decrease”,while the total anthocyanin contents and dry matter contents of the three varieties showed a continuous increasing trend throughout the tu⁃ber enlargement.The correlation analysis of anthocyanin content with other 15 economic traits indicated that the anthocyanin content of the three purple-fleshed sweetpotato varieties had a significant negative correlation with the ground fresh weight,and significant positive correlation with the dry matter content of roots.
