烟酸对夏南牛生长性能，养分消化率及血液生化指标的影响
Effect of Niacin on Growth Performance,Nutrient Digestibility and Blood Biochemical Index of Xia Nan Cattle
摘要
Abstract
A total of 16 Xia Nan cattle with an initial weight of about 490 kg were randomly assigned to two groups with eight replicates,including the treatment group with niacin supplementation 800 mg/kg and the control group.This experiment was conducted to study the effect of niacin on the growth performance,nutrient digestibility and blood biochemical index of Xia Nan cattle.The prepared test lasted 5 days and the experiment 40 day.The results showed:(1) The dry matter intake of each group had no significant difference (P>0.05);the ADG of the treatment group increased by 14.28%( P>0.05) compared with the cotrol group;the DMI/ADG of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).(2) The OM,CP,EE,ADF digesti⁃bility of the treatment group increased ( P>0.05) compared with the cotrol group;the NDF digestibility of the treatment group increased (P>0.05).(3)The IgG and TP contents of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group ( P>0.05);the glucose content of the treatment group increased by 2.84%( P>0.05) compared with the cotrol group;the triglycerides content of the treatment group decreased( P>0.05) compared with the cotrol group;the urea nitrogen content of the treatment group decreased by 1.86% ( P>0.05) com⁃pared with the cotrol group.In conclusion,800 mg/kg niacin added in the diet properly increased the growth of Xia Na cattle and significantly reduced the material weight ratio;niacin could improve blood biochemical inde⁃xes and nutrient digestibility of Xia Na cattle.关键词
