红巧梅花色苷树脂静态纯化工艺研究
Purification of Anthocyanin from Globe Amaranth by Macroporous Resin Static Adsorption
摘要
Abstract
Through detecting the static adsorption and desorption rates of anthocyanins in the solution of Globe Amaranth,DM⁃28 was employed as the most favorable adsorption resin for anthocyanins from Globe Ama⁃ranth in the eight types of resins,and the resin purification conditions were explored.The result showed that the preferable adsorption and desorption parameters were adsorption at 50℃ and at pH 2.8 for 6 h and the desorp⁃tion at 40 ℃with 90% ethanol solution at pH 5. 0. The color value of the purified natural pigment was 4. 84 times that of the origin sample.关键词
