摘要

Abstract

In this study,the effects of 0,5,10,15 mmol/L STS treatments on the active oxygen metabolism and the preservation of cutting Dracaena sanderiana‘Virens’ were studied aiming at the leaf yellowing prob-lem in the storage and transportation.The results showed that:( 1) SOD and CAT enzymes played a major role in scavenging oxygen free radicals of Dracaena sanderiana ‘Virens’ in the early post-harvest storage.POD played a vital role in promoting the senescence of Dracaena sanderiana‘Virens’ ,with involving in a large for-mation of H2 O2( r=0.843 4**) and the degradation of chlorophyll ( r=-0.822 2**) during the postharvest storage.(2) 10 mmol/L STS treatment significantly suppressed the increase of POD activity and the accumula-tion of H2O2 content of Dracaena sanderiana ‘Virens’ leaves during the storage,and significantly improved SOD activity within 7 days after harvest.It reduced CAT activity and O2-· content and inhibited the increase of MDA.In addition,10 mmol/L STS treatment also significantly inhibited the decrease of total soluble sugar con-tent of Dracaena sanderiana ‘Virens’ leaves,delayed the degradation of chlorophyll for 6 d,postponed the time of leaf yellowing,and well maintained the leaf water content ( water content essentially unchanged) .
