蚕沙中黄酮和生物碱提取工艺研究
Study on Extraction Technology of Flavonoids and Alkaloids from Silkworm Faeces
摘要
Abstract
In order to optimize the extraction technology of flavonoids and alkaloids from silkworm faeces , we studied various factors affecting the extraction through single -factor test and orthogonal test .The results showed that hydrochloric concentration had a significant effect on the extraction efficiency of alkaloids , but extraction temperature and extraction time had no significant effect on it.All factors had no significant effect on the extraction efficiency of flavonoids .The optimum extraction technology of flavonoids and alkaloids from silkworm faeces was extracting with 0.01 mol/L hydrochloric acid through 90 ℃ water bath for 2 times and 1 hour each time.This extraction technology was efficient and reliable , and it could be used for the extraction of flavonoids and alkaloids from silkworm faeces .关键词
