基于遥感图像的博鳌镇土地利用变化分析
Analysis of Change in Land Use of Boao Town Based on Remote Sensing Image

Abstract
According to the data of TM remote sensing images of Boao town in Hainan province in 1993, 2001 and 2009, using the methods of RS , GIS, and Markov model , the author analyzed the quantitative structure , spatial distribution characteristics and driving force of land use changes in Boao town .The results showed that the construction land of Boao town increased rapidly , the farmland and unused land decreased , while the water body changed unconspicuously .From 1993 to 2001, the farmland decreased markedly;the increased area of construction land exceeded its initial area , mainly coming from the farmland and unused land;the utilization rate of unused land reached 73.66%;the increment of water body came from the construction land .During 2001~2009, the increment of farmland derived from the construction land; the construction land revealed a slight upward trend; the utilization rate of unused land reached 96.59%;the water body was transformed to the construction land .关键词
