摘要

Abstract

Chuangu A is an indica CMS line bred by Rice Research Institute of Sichuan Agricultural University , and it has strong resistance and wide resistant spectrum to rice blast .The rice blast resistances of 48 hybrid rice combinations from Chuangu A were identified in Pujiang area of Sichuan , and the results showed that these 48 combinations all displayed a strong resistance to rice blast.In the meanwhile, the path analysis of the yield and yield components of 48 combinations was carried out , and the results in-dicated that the direct contribution of various yield components to the single -plant yield had the following order:the number of total grains per spike (0.6995) >the number of effective spikes (0.6307) >seed setting rate (0.5064) >1000 -grain weight (0.2577).So in hybrid rice breeding with Chuangu A , we should emphatically improve the number of effective spikes and seed set -ting rate on the premise of ensuring the number of total grains per spike .
