The author summarizes the research progress in the update and evolution of centromere sequences in various higher organisms at home and abroad in recent years , including the evolution and variation of centromere sequences , the molecular mecha-nisms of centromere sequence variation (interposition missing, amplification), and selecting power of centromere sequences .关键词
