Abstract
A method was developed for the rapid detection of 4 kinds of nitrofuran metabolite residues in aquatic products by u-sing quadruple-immuno colloidal gold immunochromatographic with reagent plate. The results showed that this method had fast de-tection speed and high accuracy,and it needed short testing time. The lowest detection limits of AOZ,SEM,AMOZ and AHD were 1. 0,1. 0,2. 0 and 2. 0 μg/kg,respectively. The false positive rate was less than 5%,and the false negative rate was 0%. The sample test results were consistent with those obtained by instrument method. The operation of this method was simple,rapid and in-tuitive,and it could be used to quickly screen aquatic product samples at the scene.关键词
