Abstract
Based on the concept of ecological civilization,this article discussed the scientific connotation of water ecological civilization through generality and characteristic analysis,explored the extension of water ecological civilization from two different points of view( space and time),and further pointed out the issues we should notice in the construction of China's water ecological civilization,as well as the reference direction of water ecological civilization construction.关键词
