摘要
Abstract
Through the written evidence review, residual on-site inspection, and samples testing, we made clear the techno-logical defects ( partially late use period, overhigh dosage) of herbicide Prometryne applied in lotus root field, firmly believed that the causal relationship existed between improper use technology and economic loss of lotus root caused by phytotoxicity, and esti-mated this economic loss, which provided legal evidence for court cases.关键词
