基于超效率 DEA模型的农村水利项目效率评价研究
Research on Evaluation of Efficiency of Rural Water Conservancy Projects Based on Super-efficient DEA Model
摘要
Abstract
Using traditional DEA model and super -efficient DEA model , we evaluated the efficiencies of rural water conser-vancy project construction in 31 provinces (municipalities) of China in 2012.The results showed that the input -output efficiencies of rural water conservancy project construction in China were relatively low in general , and had obvious regional differences .The scale efficiencies of rural water conservancy project construction in most areas were invalid .The mean super efficiency of rural water conservancy project construction in different areas of China revealed the following order :eastern area>western area>central area .关键词
