江西棉花黄萎病菌培养特性及致病力分化研究
Research on Cultural Characteristics and Pathogenicity Differentiation of Verticillium dahliae Strains in Jiangxi

Abstract
So as to understand the cultural characteristics and pathogenicity of Verticillium dahliae in Jiangxi, the author ob-served the PDA cultural characteristics of 15 representative Verticillium dahliae strains from Jiangxi, and detected the pathogenicity of these strains by dipping into quantitative fungus liquid in bottomless paper bowl.According to the quantity of microsclerotia pro-duced after 2-week culture, these 15 strains were divided into sclerotium type and intermediate type, accounting for 40%and 60%of the total respectively; there was not hypha-type strain.The results of pathogenicity test showed that the pathogenicity of 15 strains could be divided into three pathotypes:strong type, moderate type and weak type, and their percentage was 20.0%, 13.3%and 66.7%respectively.So the Verticillium dahliae strains in Jiangxi were mainly weak-pathotype strains, but a certain differenti-ation of their pathogenicity existed.关键词
