快速城镇化地区城市用地扩张与人口增长的协调性研究--以江苏省为例
Coordination between Urban Land Expansion and Population Growth in Rapid Urbanization Areas:A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

Abstract
Based on the improved growth elastic coefficient of urban land, a coordination evaluation model was built to quanti-tatively evaluate the relationship between urban land expansion and population growth of 13 prefectural cities in Jiangsu province. The results showed that:there was a relatively weak coordination between urban land expansion and population growth of these 13 cities, and the former presented a rapid expansion situation;in Jiangsu province, the cities with rapid expansion of urban land main-ly located in the city belt along the Yangtze River and the coastal town aggregation axis, and these cities accelerated the development of urbanization according to the regional strategic requirements;the population-land coordination cities were Yangzhou and Suqian;Nantong, the sole riparian and coastal prefectural city in Jiangsu, had significant population growth and broad development pros-pects.On this basis, the paper put forward corresponding suggestions on how to realize the coordinated development of urban land expansion and population growth in various prefectural cities of Jiangsu province.关键词
