Abstract
Through the case study of JS community in Qingdao city, the author considered that:as compared with the modes of traditional citizenization and village peasant citizenization, the mode of peasantry citizenization boosted by new-type rural communi-ty construction had comparative advantage and conditional advantage, thus it was a feasible pathway of peasantry citizenization.It was further concluded that such obstacles as peasant property management, industrial development and ideology should be avoided in order to optimize the pathway of peasantry citizenization.Finally, some specific solutions such as guaranteeing peasant's rights and interests, optimizing industrial layout, and improving community function were put forward.关键词
