激素和蔗糖浓度组合对蕨菜愈伤组织诱导的影响
Effects of Hormones and Sucrose Concentration on Callus Inducement of Pteridium aquilinum
摘要
Abstract
The tender petioles of fern [Pteridium aquilinum (L.) Kuhn] were used as explants, and they were respectively pretreated with two kinds of browning inhibitors ( citric acid and ascorbic acid ) .The media for the callus inducement of the explants were designed to contain different kinds of hormones , adsorbent polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), and different concentrations of su-crose, and the effects of different treatments on the explant browning and callus inducement of Pteridium aquilinum were studied. The results demonstrated that ascorbic acid had better anti -browning effect than citric acid , and adding PVP into the medium could strengthen the anti-browning effect of these two browning inhibitors .The best medium for the callus inducement of Pteridium aquil-inum was 2.2 g/L PVP +30 g/L sucrose +1/2MS +NAA 0.4 mg/L +6-BA 0.2 mg/L, and the rate of callus inducement reached 48.3%.关键词
