摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of great economic achievements achieved since the social reform and opening -up in China , our researches focused on a few major problems existing in the currently established rural social security system , such as limited cov-erage, few security items, and low security level.Meanwhile, we systematically elaborated the connotations of rural social security development within the context of Scientific Development Concept .Finally, we proposed some policy suggestions about establishing and improving rural social security system under the guidance of Scientific Development Concept .关键词
