摘要
Abstract
It is very necessary for the development of farm-stay in rural tourism to innovate and break through.Based on the home-entry survey of 79 folk-tourism households in Beijing suburb, we analyzed the existent prominent problems in the development of farm-stay in rural tourism of Beijing suburb.According to the experiences in the development of farm-stay in devel-oped countries, the author pointed out the path selections for the development of Chinese farm-stay in the future:transforming the direction of policies support from “hardware” to “software”; cultivating innovation-type farm-stay based on the requirements of tourists;reinforcing and improving the role of farmer’ s specialized cooperative organization;comprehensively exerting the economic function, social function and cultural function of farm-stay.关键词
