灌水次数对中强筋小麦品种产量及品质的效应研究
Research on Influences of Irrigation Times on Yield and Quality of Moderate-gluten and Strong-gluten Wheat Varieties
摘要
Abstract
The semi-winterness moderate-gluten wheat variety Zhoumai 18 and strong-gluten wheat variety Xinmai 26, which were widely popularized in Huang-Huai wheat region, were used as test materials, and the influences of different irrigation times on their grain yield, yield components, grain nutritional quality and processing quality were studied.The results indicated that the grain yield of wheat significantly or very significantly increased with the increase in the irrigation times.The nutritional quality of wheat grains revealed a declining trend as the irrigation times increased.There was no significant difference in the processing quality of wheat grains among different treatments.关键词
