Screening and Enzymatic Properties of Cellulose-degrad ing Bacterium
摘要
Abstract
A cellulose-degrading bacterial strain was isolated from the moldy leaves of sugarcane, and its some important cul-ture conditions and enzymatic properties were studied.The optimal culture conditions for this degrading bacterial strain were acquired as follows:CMC-Na ( as carbon source) concentration 2.0%, yeast powder as nitrogen source, culture temperature 20℃, medium pH 6.5, culture time 96 h.The optimum temperature and optimal pH-value for the activities of filter-paper enzyme and CMC en-zyme produced by this degrading bacterium were 40℃and 5.5, respectively.关键词
