优质化学杀雄两系杂交油菜宁杂1818的选育
Breeding of High-quality Two-line Hybrid Rape Variety Ningza 1818 through Chem ical Emasculation

Abstract
Ningza 1818, a middle-late mature cabbage-type rape (Brassica napus L.) variety, was developed from the hybrid-ization between Ningyou 18 and 088018.The plant height of Ningza 1818 was 178.73 cm, and its branching point was relatively high.This variety had 6.48 preliminary branches per plant , its main axis length was about 60 cm, the number of pods per plant was 257.60, pod length was 6~7 cm, and pod-mouth was relatively long.The number of seeds per pod was 22.05, and 1000-seed weight was4 .09 g.In its seeds, erucic acid content was 0.50%, glucosinolates content was 19.71 μmol/g, and oil content was 45.54%.In the national regional trials for rape varieties , the average seed yield of Ningza 1818 was 3110.40 kg/hm 2 , which was 4.14% higher than that of the control variety Qingyou 10.In the production tests for rape varieties , Ningza 1818 obtained 5.95%higher yield than the control.This variety was resistant to virus disease , relatively resistant to stem rot (S cleroti nia scl erotiorum), and strongly resistant to lodging.关键词
