甘蓝型油菜种质资源农艺性状的鉴定与评价
Identification and Evaluation of Agronomic Traits in Germplasm Resources of Brassica napus
摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the genetic diversity in agronomic traits of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) germplasm resources in different regions, we identified and evaluated the 9 agronomic trait indexes of 318 rapeseed varieties or lines from China .The re-sults showed that these 9 agronomic traits had greater genetic variation potential , the height of efficacious branches had the biggest variation coefficient (0.555296), followed by the number of the first efficacious branches (0.450183), while the kilo-grain weight had the smallest one (0.157786).There were significant differences in the average value of various traits among the germplasm re -sources provided by different provinces , and the variation amplitude of the same trait in the varieties from different provinces was al -so different.The varieties that had longer effective length of main inflorescence and more effective pod number were mainly the varie -ties with the plant height of 160~179 cm.The author also explored the relationship between the date of initial flowering and the kilo -grain weight or the single-plant yield, and evaluated and recommended some elite rapeseed germplasm resources used for breeding .关键词
