基于 SSM 的河南省农村劳动力转移就业分析

Abstract
Shift-share method (SSM) was applied to study the employment structure and transfer characteristics of rural labor in Henan province.In the transfer of rural labor in Henan province , the rural labor was mostly the male with gradually high educated degree, they were introduced to go out by mostly the relatives , and they were employed mainly by the second or third industries in prefecture-level cities in eastern or central areas .Among the various industries which employed the rural employees , although the agriculture had larger proportion of rural employees , it generally had no advantages and competitiveness ; although the industry, the construction industry, and the wholesale & retail trade and catering service industry had less rural employees , they possessed stron-ger competitiveness.The departments of all prefecture -level cities in Henan province had no very obvious advantages , and there was difference in the deviation of departments among different regions .关键词
