Design of an Automatic Loading and Unloading System Based on Robotics
摘要
Abstract
To achieve multi process CNC ma-chining process automation,this paper designed a system of automatic loading and unloading for the workpiece. The system controls the robot for workpiece clamping by the use of IPC and PMAC. This paper not only designed the structure of the robot including the end of the actuator but also checked the transmission system and the important motor of the robot.This paper designed an auto-matic loading mechanism and a steering mechanism which can rotate 90° automatically.Finally,this paper designed the control system in order to a-chieve process automation.关键词
