基于VC的转台性能指标自动测试系统
Auto Testing System of the Performance Data of Turntable Based on VC
摘要
Abstract
Turntable plays a pivot role in the inertial navigation equipment manufacture and de-bugging.As the modern aviation and aerospace en-gineering set up higher performance requirement for inertial navigation equipment,the turntable de-bugging becomes more difficult,and needs more time.Although the traditional testing method en-sures the veracity of the test procedure of turntable by using the modern testing instrument,but be-cause of that the testing procedure is mainly fin-ished by manual operation,the testing procedure is inefficiency and fallibility.To solve this problem, based on the VC software,by serial port and Eth-ernet port controlling the turntable and testing in-strument,the auto controlling of the turntable is achieved,the test of speed,position and frequency characteristics of turntables is achieved,and the friendly human computer interface is provided. The efficiency and veracity of turntable testing is improved by the testing system,and the validity of the testing system is checked by the real testing procedure of some kind of turntable designed for the 618 research institute.关键词
