Analytical Synthesis of Crank Rocker Mechanisms Avoiding Singular Configuration
摘要
Abstract
Crank rocker mechanisms driven by connected rod with hydraulic cylinder are analyzed with analytical method in this paper.Motion equations of the mechanisms are formulated and Jacobian coefficient is got to describe performance of this mechanism.De-sign method of avoiding singular configuration is set forth for mechanism design.On given swing angle of crank and structure dimensions of hydraulic cylinder, optimization model is put forward.An illustrated ex-ample is calculated.关键词
