Abstract
In this paper,a design method which use a kind of commercial grade micro fan in cryo-genic temperature be researched,and the failure reason of the fan in cryogenic temperature be ana-lysed carefully also.through some design method, this commercial grade micro fan can be used in se-vere cryogenic temperature environment.关键词
