摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the new cutter head driving system of tunnel boring machine is designed. The system includes 8 sets of Siemens G130 series frequency converters,the master slave control mode is used to solve the problem of multi motor synchronous operation and the torque balance between multiple motors is realized.The speed set of 8 frequency converters comes from the PLC at the same time,and the torque of each electric motor applied by the frequency converter.The system has the advantages of simple structure,stable operation,good agreement of motor torque and easy maintenance.The program,using the interface application,isdesigned,it can make the core part of the program stable,and it can also has the ability to expand and easy use.
