Abstract
This paper analyses and researches the technological methods of the thin walled cylin-der of carbon fiber reinforced plastics.The influ-ence of processing characteristics and cutting vibra-tion has been analyzed by experiment for the work pieces.Special mechanism for champing and posi-tioning was developed,at the same time choice of geometry technical parameters and materials were experimentally determined. Orthogonal experi-ments were used to make sure the optimal cutting parameters,verified the feasibility of the process through experiments.Cracked the key technical difficulties such as wire drawing,burrs and the de-formation of champing and machining.It had made significant effect to apply the processing technolo-gy to the production.关键词
