摘要

Abstract

This paper achieves the control of multi segment speed using Siemens S7 200 PLC controlling MM440 converter according to the problem of motor multi segment speed control in the industrial production.The system can detect the real time of motor speed and truly achieve real time monitoring purpose through the WinCC mo-nitoring software and PLC communication control-ling the whole system.This thesis detailedly de-scribes three multi segment speed control modes of the MM440 inverter and explains the parameters set of the inverter,the PLC program design,the production of the monitoring picture.Experiments prove that the system circuit is simple,low cost, perfect function,and has certain application value.
