微量Fe对半连续铸造锡青铜组织性能的影响

Abstract
The effect of trace Fe on the microstructure properties of semi-continuous casting tin-bronze are studied by using phase calculations and microstructure observations. The results show that the Cu 3Sn precipitation can be suppressed by intermediate phase FeCu combined with P. The Fe element in bronze plays a significant role in grain refinement. The columnar crystals reduce significantly and subsequent processing performances are improved by reducing the organizational stress. The anti-softening properties of the low Sn Fe bronze are relevant to the high Sn bronze.关键词
