医院干部人事档案管理问题与对策OA
Problem Causes and Strategies Analysis in Hospital Cadre and Personnel File Management
目的：规范归档内容，改革档案管理和利用服务模式，为医院干部人事档案管理人员提供参考。方法分析缺乏档案意识，真实性缺失，工龄计算有待统一，资料利用率低等医院干部人事档案存在的问题。结果提出培养档案意识，加强甄别与审核，按照《劳动合同法》认定工龄，提高利用率等应对策略。结论医院规模不断扩大，使医院干部人事档案数量、复杂性增多，加强干部人事档案的管理，充分发挥干部人事档案的作用，是医院人事工作的重要内容。
Objective The purpose of this article is to explore utilizing Service Mode in hospital cadre and personnel ifle management so as to normalize the archived content and to assist hospital ifle management ofifcials in their daily practice.
