Abstract
Objective To study the feasibility and adverse reaction of painless colonoscopy using small dose fentanyl and propofol anesthesia.MethodsChose 50 cases of patients in our hospital from 2011 June ~ December for painless colonoscopy as the research object, took a small dose of fentanyl and propofol anesthesia, observed the anesthetic effect and adverse reaction.Results The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, mean arterial pressure were compared before and after the examination, there was no obvious changes (t=0.498 3, 1.644 9, P=0.618 3, 0.755 2, 0.450 1, 0.100 0). After test, the heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation and stability, approximation and detection had no signiifcant difference (t=0.562 4, 1.492 6, P=0.573 8, 0.828 4, 0.407 5, 0.135 6), after anesthesia, the sedation effect was good, the average score reached to (8.94±0.77), almost no pain and the pain score was (0.64 ± 0.22). After the operation, only 2 cases has nausea and vomiting, abdominal distention happened in 1 cases. The adverse reaction rate was 6%.ConclusionPainless colonoscopy using small dose of propofol fentanyl for anesthesia has stable vital signs, no obvious changes and less adverse reaction.关键词
