Abstract
Objective To compare propofol with fentanyl and propofol with remifentanyl anesthesia for hysteroscopy.MethodsFentanyl 2 μg/kg (About 30 s injection) + propofol 2 mg/kg were applied, subsequently 1~2 mg / (kg•h) propofol was infused continuously intraoperatively throughout the entire operation period, as well as remifentanil 1 μg/kg (About 30 s injection) + propofol 2 mg/kg, subsequently used intraoperative continuous infusion of remifentanil 0.05 μg/ (kg•min) and propofol 1~2 mg/ (kg•h) .ResultsThe anesthetic effects of both techniques were good, but the latter had better maintain hemodynamic stability and demonstrated faster postoperative recovery.Conclusion The useof remifentanil combined with propofol has its advantages in the anesthesia for hysteroscopy.关键词
