Abstract
Good communication capacity is an indispensable quality for an intern doctor to become an eligible doctor. While clinical practice is a key link in the process of capacity building in terms of professional knowledge, expertise and ability of solving clinical problems, this phase is also crucial to foster an intern’s skills to construct a harmonious doctor-patient relationship so as to be a qualiifed doctor. Therefore, internship offers an important period to train medical students’ doctor-patient communication skills as well as to enable them to establish doctor-patient communication awareness.关键词
